• Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Shipping fees:
• West Malaysia: RM 8
• Sabah & Sarawak: from RM 15
• We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.
• Tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped 📦

7. Vouchers & Promotions 🎟️

• Vouchers are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Must be used before expiry date.
• We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

8. Returns & Refunds 🔄

• Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be returned within 7–14 days with proof of purchase.

Return conditions 📦

• Original packaging required
• Unused and in original condition
• No scratches or signs of wear
• Tags/labels attached
• Contact lenses must be unopened
• Prescription/custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
