If there is any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until they are checked out.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, debit cards, and any other method which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that the owner has specifically authorized you to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using ipay88, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure. Still, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Vouchers

The vouchers provided to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Delivery Information

We are using Gdex and J&T Express Courier services.

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

Good will be send via Gdex or J&T Express which will take 2- 5 workings days to receive the goods.

West Malaysia – Start from RM 8

Sabah & Sarawak, – Start from RM 15

*Postage fee depending on parcel’s weight

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number.If you have issues receiving your parcel, you may drop us an email at admin@factoryeyewear.com.my. Our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

Delivery

Kindly take note that we will process and send out all orders within 2 – 5 working days after payment is received. The estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at factoryeyewear.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We do not provide refunds for any products. If you would like to return your product due to a change of mind please ensure you have read and understood our returns policy below:

Item must be returned within 7 days of received, together with proof of purchase (invoice).
Your credit card will be credited with the full merchandise amount once your refund has been approved. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Items discounted are final sale and are not returnable.
Your item must be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Item must not have signs of worn like scratches.
Item must be unused and unopened (for contact lenses) with original tags/labels attached.
Email at admin@factoryeyewear.com.my with details of why you would like to return the product.
Before returning items, please contact our customer care team by email at admin@factoryeyewear.com..my and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in the adequate condition is your responsibility.
A return will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:
1. If you change your mind.
2. The product does not fix how expected it would.
3. If you accidently ordered the wrong product.
4. If you decided you don’t like the product.
5. If you found the item cheaper somewhere else.
6. If you have no use of the product
