• Orders require a valid credit or debit card accepted by us.
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian supervision.

• Provide accurate and current information when registering.
• Maintain confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Report unauthorized use immediately.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until payment is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:
    o Product unavailability
    o Pricing or description errors
    o Suspected fraudulent activity

• We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, debit cards, and other methods displayed on the website.
• You confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorized by the owner.
• Online transactions are processed via BetterPay a secure payment gateway.
• While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for unauthorized access to payment information unless due to our proven negligence.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times are guidelines only, starting from dispatch.
• Shipping fees:
    o West Malaysia -RM 8
    o Sabah & Sarawak-from RM 15
• Factory Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.
• A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

• Vouchers are non-transferable.
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Must be redeemed before the expiry date.
• Factory Eyewear reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of receipt.
• Prescription lenses and customized products may not be eligible unless defective.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
• The item must be returned within 7–14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase (invoice).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
• Item must not have sign of worn like scratches.
• Item must be unused and unopened (for contact lenses) original tags/labels attached.
• Email at customerservice@factoryeyewear.com.my with details of why you would like to return the product.
• Before returning items, please contact our customer care team by email at customerservice@factoryeyewear.com.my and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
• Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in adequate condition is your responsibility.
• A return will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:
    ❏ If you changed your mind;
    ❏ The product does not fit how you expected it would;
    ❏ If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
    ❏ If you decided you did not like the product;
    ❏ If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
    ❏ If you have no use for the product.

• Factory Eyewear products include a manufacturing warranty covering material or workmanship defects.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product information, is owned by Factory Eyewear or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without written permission.

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not copy or exploit website content without permission.
• Website may link to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, courier services). Factory Eyewear is not responsible for third-party content or services.

Factory Eyewear is not liable for:
• Direct or indirect damages from website use or purchases
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Service interruptions or technical issues
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law.

• Factory Eyewear may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updates take effect once published on the website.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
